Can I cancel an order?
If your order has not shipped, simply call or Contact Us to cancel your order.
My Kit was lost or damaged … what do I do?
If your Kit was lost or damaged while in transit, we will gleefully replace it and pay for all appropriate shipping costs.
What if I want to return a Kit?
Since the Kit is free, and shipping fees are not refundable, we are not sure why you would want to return your purchase!
